Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Wakr, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your location.
The Wakr service
Wakr provides configurable alarms, wake-up missions, mission verification, routine tools, streaks, progress information, and optional paid features. Features may vary by device, operating system, region, app version, and plan.
Alarm reliability and user responsibility
Wakr is intended to support a wake-up routine, but no software alarm can guarantee delivery in every circumstance. Battery loss, muted or reduced volume, disabled permissions, operating-system restrictions, device failure, force-closing the app, or incorrect settings may prevent an alarm from operating as expected.
Do not rely on Wakr as the sole alarm for emergencies, medication, caregiving, safety-critical work, travel, or any situation where a missed alert could cause harm. Test your alarm and permissions before relying on it.
Fitness and health-related missions
Some missions involve physical movement. Choose activities appropriate for your health, ability, environment, and available space. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. Wakr is not medical, fitness, or healthcare advice and does not diagnose or treat any condition.
Permissions and verification
You are responsible for granting the permissions required by the missions you select. Verification is an automated estimate based on available device signals and may occasionally fail or require you to adjust lighting, framing, movement, or permissions.
Subscriptions and purchases
Wakr may offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time purchases through Apple or Google. The price, billing period, trial, renewal date, and applicable taxes are shown by the store before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless canceled through the store account within the period specified by that store.
Manage cancellation, payment methods, restore purchases, and eligible refund requests through the applicable app store. Deleting Wakr does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Wakr, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected service components except where law permits, use the app to harm others, or violate applicable laws and app-store rules.
Intellectual property
Wakr, its visual identity, software, content, and related materials are owned by Wakr or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wakr is provided “as is” and “as available.” Wakr does not warrant uninterrupted alarm delivery, perfect mission verification, or error-free operation. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law; rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
Changes and termination
Features or these terms may change as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated where required. Access may be suspended or ended for serious misuse, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service.
